QJJ Plastic Dismantling Spray Nozzle
The QJJ Plastic Dismantling Spray Nozzle features a quick-release design that enables rapid maintenance and cleaning without downtime. With auto-orienting spray heads, corrosion-resistant materials, and multiple capacity options, this nozzle system is engineered for demanding industrial washing, rinsing, and chemical processing applications.
Key Design Features
Auto-Orienting Spray Head Interior blocking mechanism maintains correct nozzle positioning without manual adjustment, eliminating orientation-related quality issues.
Anti-Corrosion & Durable Construction Available in Glass Fiber PP (25%), Carbon Fiber PP (40%), and PVDF materials for superior wear resistance and chemical compatibility. Suitable for phosphate, acid, and solvent applications.
Easy Dismantling Design Spray head rotates 90° for installation or hand-splits from nozzle body. NBR O-ring seal ensures windtight connection between components.
