6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for:
- Import duties

- Customs clearance
We will provide necessary documents (such as commercial invoice, packing list, etc.) to assist with customs procedures.
7. Packaging
Products are packaged according to standard export requirements to ensure safe transportation. Special packaging requirements must be communicated in advance and may incur additional costs.
8. Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for goods transfers according to the agreed Incoterms. Once the goods are shipped, risk is transferred as defined by the selected shipping term.
9. Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Transportation disruptions
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any issues.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If goods are damaged or lost during transportation:
- Claims should be filed with the carrier immediately
- Customers must notify us promptly with supporting evidence
