Yuechen Precision Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. All products are manufactured and supplied based on customer requirements and confirmed orders.

As such, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. No Online Purchases

Our website does not support online transactions. All orders are placed offline through quotation, negotiation, and formal agreement (such as Proforma Invoice or contract).

This policy applies only to confirmed orders.

3. Order Cancellation

3.1 Before Production

Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to our confirmation.

3.2 After Production Starts

Once production has started, cancellation may not be accepted. If cancellation is approved, any costs already incurred (materials, labor, processing) will be deducted.

4. Custom Products

As most of our products (such as industrial nozzles) are customized:

• Custom-made products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable
• Exceptions apply only in cases of proven quality issues or manufacturing defects

5. Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Products have significant manufacturing defects
• Products do not match the agreed specifications
• Claims are submitted within the specified time frame

All return requests must be approved by us in advance.

6. Inspection and Claims

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt.

Any claims regarding:

• Quantity
• Damage
• Quality issues

must be submitted within 7–14 days after receiving the goods, along with supporting evidence (photos, videos, or reports).

Failure to notify within this period may result in rejection of the claim.

7. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after:

• Verification of the issue
• Mutual agreement between both parties

Refund methods may include:

• Partial refund
• Full refund
• Replacement of products
• Credit toward future orders

The final solution will be determined based on the specific situation.

8. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We are not responsible for damage during return transportation

Return instructions will be provided after approval.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or transportation issues.

10. Governing Agreement

This policy should be read together with the specific terms outlined in:

• Quotation
• Proforma Invoice (PI)
• Sales Contract

In case of any conflict, the agreed contract terms shall prevail.
