PVDF Spray Nozzle
Category: Industrial Spray Nozzles
Material: PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)
Overview
PVDF spray nozzles are engineered from high-purity PVDF material, a naturally pigment-free compound that maintains exceptional clarity throughout processing. Designed for demanding industrial applications, these nozzles deliver superior corrosion resistance, heat tolerance, and durability across diverse spraying operations.
Key Design Features
High Purity
Manufactured from virgin PVDF without pigmentation, ensuring process clarity and meeting stringent quality requirements for sensitive applications.
Heat Resistance
Maximum operating temperature of 148°C at 7 kg pressure. Ideal for PCB manufacturing processes including development, plating, etching, and film removal.
Anti-Corrosive Performance
PVDF's inherent corrosion resistance enables reliable operation with chlorides, acids, alkalis, and other aggressive chemicals. Excellent aging resistance ensures extended service life.
Durability & Longevity
High hardness material with superior wear and impact resistance. Available in three standard sizes (1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″) to accommodate various pipe configurations and flow requirements.
Applications
- PCB manufacturing and processing
- Dust removal systems
- Quenching and cooling operations
- Gas filtration
- Oxidation and foam control
- Fire extinguishment and aeration
- Wash and rinse systems
