Overview
The JM Impingement Mist Nozzle delivers the finest fog of any direct pressure nozzle, engineered for urban landscape misting and spray applications. Its one-piece, compact design combines high-energy efficiency with reliable performance across a wide pressure range, from 2 to 70 bar.
Spray Characteristics
- Spray Pattern: Cone-shaped fog
- Flow Rate Range: 0.043 to 5.34 L/min
- Spray Angle: 90° (optimal performance at or above 4 bar)
- Fog Quality: Finest mist of any direct pressure nozzle design
Design Features
- High-energy efficiency construction
- One-piece, compact design with no internal whirl vanes or moving parts
- Available connection sizes: 1/8″ or 1/4″ male
- Optional filtration: 100-mesh screen, 20 micron paper filter, or 70 micron polypropylene filter
- Optional welded pin and safety wire hole for secure installation
- Standard materials: Brass, 303 Stainless Steel, or 316 Stainless Steel
