How It Works
The ultrasonic atomization process operates in two stages:
- Primary Atomization – High-speed air flow shears the fine liquid stream into initial droplets
- Fine Atomization – Primary droplets collide with the shaking tip, mixing with high-speed air flow to create ultra-fine mist
This dual-stage mechanism ensures consistent droplet uniformity, critical for effective dust suppression.
